A US delegation will visit China next week for talks aimed at defusing the trade war between the world's two largest economies.
It will be the first face-to-face meeting since the two countries agreed not to impose new tariffs for 90 days.
According to China's commerce ministry, the goal of the upcoming talks, to be held in Beijing on Monday and Tuesday next, will be implementing the important consensus reached by the two leaders.
Last year, China and the US imposed tariffs on more than three hundred billion dollars’ worth of each other's goods.
