ANKARA — Prime Minister Imran Khan standing ovation to a Turkish orchestra during a dinner hosted by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Friday has won hearts and earned huge online praise in both Pakistan and Turkey.
The Turkish band played the famous Pakistani national song ‘Tera Pakistan Hai Ye Mera Pakistan Hai’ by Amjad Hussain.
" تیرا پاکستان ہے یہ میرا پاکستان ، اس پر دل قربان اس پر جان بھی قربان ہے !"

As soon the band finished the song, the premier stood up from his chair to applaud the orchestra for the heartfelt performance.
Khan, who took oath as Pakistan’s 19th Prime Minister in last August following his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s victory in July 2018 general elections, completed his two-day visit to Turkey — a longtime ally of this South Asian nuclear state — on Friday.
During his visit, the Pakistani PM held a one-to-one meeting with President Erdoğan in Ankara and discussed various issues including bilateral relations, national and international issues of mutual interests.
Khan also visited the Mausoleum of Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and laid a floral wreath at the grave and noted his remarks in the Golden Book.
