10 killed as major blaze engulfs shoe factory in Siberia

In Russia, 10 people were killed in a fire incident in a shoe factory in the Siberian region of Novosibirsk in eastern parts of the country.
The dead include seven Chinese, two citizens of Kyrgyzstan and one Russian.
