Presidential ordinance issued to make PIA a private company: Sources

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airline has become a private company after the issuance of Presidential ordinance. The ordinance was issued by President Mamnoon Hussain. As per details, PIA has become a private corporation after Presidential ordinance. After the privatization of PIA its employee and assets will get legal protection. It is also important to mention here that government itself owes 85% share but government wants to privatize the national airline.
