Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed hints at joining politics in future

ISLAMABAD - *Captain of Pakistan cricket team Sarfraz Ahmed has hinted at joining politics *
*He said that he will think a career in politics in the future.*
“I am playing cricket at the moment,” Ahmed said on Sunday. I am not interested in politics right now.
“Cricketers will think of becoming politicians after they make a name for themselves.”
The Pakistani skipper congratulated former cricketer Imran Khan on winning the 2018 general elections.
“I am happy that a cricketer has become such an esteemed politician,” he added.
Ahmed went on to say that he only discussed cricketing affairs with Khan during their meeting.
