Indian skipper Virat Kohli mocked in England

LONDON - India lost the first Test of the 5-match series against England by 31 runs on Saturday. After the game, England fans were seen mocking the Indian team especially Virat Kohli.

Indian captain Virat Kohli led from the front as he scored almost half of the runs made by his side. However, it was not enough as England took a 1-0 lead in the series.

After the match, some England fans decided to mock the Indian fans, team and specially the captain.

A video shared on YouTube shows some England fans talking to and mocking some Indian fans. They then spot the Team India bus leaving the ground and turn their attention to the Indian players, including Virat Kohli, who were sitting inside the bus.

They can bee seen and heard making gestures towards the bus and chanting 'where is your Virat Kohli gone'.

Kohli's first innings 149 had kept India in the game; he then scored a composed 51 to keep India in the hunt during their chase but he failed to find any kind of support from the top-order. However, India failed to chase down a modest 194 in their second innings.

Ben Stokes, who was sacked from the Ashes squad after his arrest in Bristol over a pub brawl, turned out to be England's hero - he picked 4 for 40. Man of the Match Sam Curran took four wickets in the first innings and then another wicket in the second for England.
