CPEC western route: Major motorway project completion announced

ISLAMABAD - National Highway Authority says that work on the construction of Dera Ismail Khan-Hakla Motorway is in full swing.
According to NHA sources, two hundred and eighty-five-kilometer-long Dera Ismail Khan-Hakla Motorway is part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
It will be completed at a cost of one hundred and twenty-nine billion rupees by the end of this year.
The Motorway will boost trade and business activities in Dera Ismail Khan and Balochistan.
For ensuring timely completion of the project, Hakla- D.I. Khan Motorway has been divided in five phazes including Yarak-Rehmani Khail section, Rehmani Khail-Kot Beliyan Section, Kot Beliyan-Tarap Section, Tarap-Pindi Gheb Section, and Pindi Gheb-Hakla Interchange Section.
