UN chief deeply concerned by military escalation in Libya

U.N Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has expressed deep concern over the military movement taking place in Libya and the risk of confrontation.
In a tweet, he called for calm and restraint and said only an intra-Libyan dialogue can solve the problems facing the country.
