WASHINGTON: The United States has announced to suspend the transfer ofmilitary equipment, security-related funds to Pakistan.

“Today we can confirm that we are suspending security assistance only toPakistan at this time,” saidDepartment Press Briefing with SpokespersonHeather Nauert.

The State Department official added that Pakistan could receive thesuspended funding if it takes decisive actions against terrorism.
