ISLAMABAD: Former President Asif Ali Zardari makes surprise announcement regarding Fazal-ur-Rehman Azadi March. Earlier Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had rejected call for the Azadi March by JUI F Chief.
Former President and Co-Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Asif Ali Zardari has announced his full support to Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and his upcoming Azadi March.
Zardari said this while talking to media outside the accountability court, on Friday. He said that his prayers are with Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman and that PPP is backing his movement to topple the PRI led-government.
Fazlur Rehman announces to begin Azadi March on Oct 27
Maulana Fazlur Rehman had announced to start “Azadi March” on October 27 after staging protest to express solidarity with the people of Indian-occupied Kashmir.
