Hanif Abbasi shifted from Attock Jail: Sources

*LAHORE - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hanif Abbasi has again been shifted from Attock Jail, sources have revealed.*
*He was transferred from Attock jail to Kot Lakhpat prison in Lahore on Thursday.*
Inspector General (IG) Punjab Police Shahid Baig has said that Abbasi has been shifted due to his worsening health and a lack of adequate hospital facility in Attock for his treatment.
As a precautionary measure, the convicted PML-N leader was moved to Kot Lakhpat jail, “as if his condition deteriorates, there is no adequate medical facility in Attock,” the IG Punjab added.
Last month, imprisoned Abbasi was shifted to the Attock jail after a photo of him with former premier Nawaz Sharif in the Adiala jail surfaced in the national and social media.
