New stunning allegations leveled against former COAS General Qamar Bajwa

Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) President Sardar Akhtar Mengal criticized the PML-N-led government, asserting that they had utilized their coalition, which included his own party, for their own interests. He also alleged that the establishment played a significant role in the formation of the coalition government.
In a recount of a conversation he had with then-Army chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa after the submission of the no-confidence motion, Mengal revealed that the general seemed to maintain a diplomatic stance on the issue.
Gen Bajwa appeared to be trying to appease both the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to keep them content and remain aligned with the eventual winner in the power struggle.
Mengal claimed that the PDM coalition might not have come together if there had been no disagreements between Gen Bajwa and Imran Khan, as the general appeared reluctant to upset either party.
It is worth noting that the BNP-M initially allied with the ruling PTI in 2018 before later switching sides to support the opposition PDM with the goal of toppling Imran Khan's government in 2022. Despite this alliance, the party did not hesitate to express disapproval of the coalition's policies and occasionally even threatened to break away.
