Iran has dismissed United States call for talks with no preconditions as wordplay.
Talking to media in Tehran, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said that Washington's latest expression of readiness for talks with Tehran without preconditions is wordplay which is not to be taken as a yardstick for action.
