Zulfiqar Mirza, Fahmida Mirza ditches PPP after enjoying top slots for years

*KARACHI: *Former speaker of the National Assembly and PPP leader Dr Fehmida Mirza along with his husband former home minister Sindh Dr Zulfiqar Mirza announced to join the anti-Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) under the leadership of Pir Pagara.
She made this announcement during the visit of Pagara to Mirza House. Pagara, who also heads the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F), was welcomed by Dr Fehmida Mirza.
He said there was a dire need to fight the corrupt mafia that ruled the Sindh province for the last few years.
Senior PPP leader Saeed Ghani has said that his party gave respect to Zulfikar Mirza and Fehmida Mirza but the time proved that they did not deserve what they got from PPP.
