PM Office released PM Imran Khan performance declaration for year 2020

ISLAMABAD - The declaration of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan's performance was released regarding the year of 2020 has been issued.
According to the declaration of Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the work on development projects and the economy were improved in current year of 2020.
The PMO has released a performance report on the achievements of the government at the external, internal and economic levels in the year 2020.
According to the report, the government has achieved great achievements in the economic field in the year of 2020. In fiscal year 2021, the current account balance stood surplus at 1.6 billion. Exports rose 6.7 per cent in large-scale manufacturing. The cement industry received record orders.
Similarly, sales of cars, motorcycles and rickshaws as well as Tax collections has been increased in 2020. The industry was provided the energy relief package for economic growth. The best steps are being taken to deal with the Corona epidemic.
The prime minister's smart lockdown policy has global acknowledged. The construction sector was also given relief. The government launched Ehsas Kiflat, Ehsas Income, Ehsas Scholarship programs. Rs180 billion was distributed among 1.5 million families through Ehsas Nashonuma program.
According to the Prime Minister's Office, an isolation hospital was established in Islamabad in the year 2020 and a block of Lady Reading Hospital was inaugurated. DHQ Hafizabad, Chakwal and Cardiology Hospital in Peshawar were inaugurated.
The foundation stone of Pak Austria Institute in Haripur, Namal College City Phase 1 and establishment of Engineering University in Sialkot are also included in the performance.
The premier inaugurated 20,000 houses worth Rs 100 billion under New Pakistan Housing. He paid close attention to foreign policy. He took all possible steps at the international level to highlight the Kashmir issue. Inauguration of BRT, Karachi Transformation Plan was also introduced. Ravi Urban Project, Dia Mir Bhasha Dam was initiated. The premier also paid several foreign visits.
