Pakistan cooperated a lot with US against terrorism: Miftah

ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs, Dr Miftah Ismail Wednesday said Pakistan had cooperated a lot with United States (US) in war against terrorism.
US could not achieve success in war on terrorism without cooperation and assistance of Pakistan, he said talking to a private news channel.
He said Pakistan wanted to completely eliminate menace of terrorism and US should cooperate with us in that regard.
To a question, he said the national economy was improving due to prudent polices of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government.
China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) launched by former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would bring economic revolution in the country, he added.
