330 MW Thar Coal Power Plant construction status update

Work on two coal based power plants of 330 megawatts each is underway at Thar Coal Field.
Radio Pakistan's Karachi correspondent reports the power plants are being established by Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company with the cooperation of Sindh Government under CPEC.
A spokesman of the Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company told our correspondent that the projects costing two billion rupees will be completed by December next year.
