Shalimar Express escapes disaster

BAHAWALPUR: A Shalimar Express has narrowly escaped a major accident near Railway station located in Bahawalpur.
A Lahore bound Shalimar Express avoided a major accident, after the train driver pressed on the emergency brake on spotting a tractor trolley trapped in railway track, which tried to cross a railway track at Kalanchwala Railway Station in Bahawalpur area on Tuesday.
The Railway Department said that Shalimar Express was going from Karachi to Lahore and the train driver pressed on the brake to avoid a major accident after spotting a tractor trolley trapped at the Railway Track.
