Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has approached the Islamabad High Court against the refusal of bail in the Toshakhana and £190 million scandal cases.
In the request submitted by PTI Chairman Imran Khan, it is stated that the accountability courts have denied bail in both cases. Imran Khan has requested that the decision of the accountability courts dated August 10, 2023, be declared null and void.
Furthermore, he has requested that interim bail be granted until a decision is reached on the request.
It should be noted that after arrests in the Toshakhana case, the courts had rejected the former prime minister's requests on the grounds of non-compliance.
