Positive development over exports front for Pakistan

There has been an increase in cement exports last month, with over 500,000 tons of cement exported in September.
According to the details, there has been an increase in cement exports in September. The figures show that cement exports in the past month remained at 570,101 tons, showing a growth of 19.24% compared to the previous month.
During the same period last year, cement sales were 4.284 million tons. In the first three months, cement exports remained at 1.751 million tons, showing an increase of 71.79%.
All Pakistan Cement Manufacturers Association released figures indicating that local cement sales in September 2023 remained at 3.544 million tons. In the corresponding first three months of the current year, there was a total of 11.873 million tons of cement sold. During July to September 2023, local cement sales remained at 10.122 million tons.
