New stunning claims made over extension of former COAS General Qamar Bajwa

Jamaat-e-Islami. Senator Mushtaq Ahmed, speaking in a private TV program, stated that for Retired Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa's extension in service political parties, including the Pakistan People's Party, Muslim League (N), and Retired Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid contacted them.

He said there was little difference between the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) governments. Both governments had similar foundational policies and dealt with the establishment to secure their approval. PTI, in particular, continued to offer deals with the establishment even after coming to power and throughout its tenure.

He further mentioned that the issues of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreement, taxes, inflation, corruption allegations, and the extension of the army chief's service were common to both governments.

He expressed his stance against these parties, stating that he didn't see any significant difference between them, and believed that if the country was facing crises, it was due to their governance and policies.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmed criticized the security failures during the recent bomb blasts on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, where more than 50 citizens lost their lives. He expressed deep sorrow over these incidents and called them a security and intelligence failure. He also criticized the ineffectiveness and incompetence of the incumbent government, blaming them for the current state of affairs. He emphasized that both PTI and PDM were essentially the same, whether labeled as the establishment's puppets or influenced by America and the aristocracy. He stated their commitment to focus on the interests of the people and the constitution, standing against these two parties.
