After being thrashed by Chinese Army, Indian Army Commanders raise toast with Chinese Military

NEW DELHI - After being thrashed by Chinese Army few days ago on the border wich led to small skirmish, Indian Army Commanders raise toast with Chinese Military at the borders with China.

Indian and Chinese Army officers on Tuesday raised a toast, shook hands and hugged each other at a border personnel meeting in Bum La hosted by China on its side.

The officers were dressed in their ceremonial uniforms at the meeting on the occasion of Chinese National Day that is celebrated on October 1.

The bonhomie between the two armies is the way forward to maintaining peace and friendship, said commanders of both the armies.

The Indian Army delegation led by Brigadier Zubin Bhatnagar was received by officials of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

After the usual conference to discuss current issues that could be sensitive in nature, the Indian Army officials raised a toast with their counterparts who served the potent Chinese spirit Mautayi, popular with the Chinese army.
