Bomb blast in Pakistan, number of casualties reported

A blast occurred at Dera Ismail Khan's Tank Adda Chowk, resulting in the loss of six lives and over 22 individuals being injured. Rescue teams have expressed concerns about the rising casualties.
According to the Dera Ismail Khan police, gunshots were heard at the scene after the explosion. According to the police, explosive materials were installed on a motorcycle, and the blast occurred when a police vehicle was passing by.
Reports indicate that the explosion took place in a busy area, where there is a significant rush of people.
Police and rescue teams are currently engaged in rescue operations at the scene. It is reported that nearby houses and shops have suffered damage as a result of the blast, and several motorcycles were also destroyed.
