Punjab Govt. grants charter for seven new universities

Punjab government has granted charter for establishment of seven new universities in the province.
This was stated by Parliamentary Secretary for Higher Education Muhammad Sibtain Raza during Question Hour in the Punjab Assembly session in Lahore today.
Punjab Minister for Law Basharat Raja laid before the House several audit reports.
Deputy Speaker referred the reports to public accounts committees.
The House will now meet again tomorrow morning at 9:00 am.
