President stresses for enabling environment for women at workplace

ISLAMABAD:President Mamnoon Hussain has stressed the need for an enabling environment for women at workplace for catalyzing their active role in different fields.
He was talking to former Woman Ombudsperson for protection of woman against workplace harassment Justice retired Yasmeen Abbasi in Islamabad today (Friday).
The President appreciated the role of the office of Ombudsperson in addressing the complaints of women against workplace harassment under the relevant laws.
He said provision of justice to the affected women has expedited their participation in national mainstream.APP/AFP
