Russia to continue to counter destructive steps in arms control

Russia has vowed to continue to resolutely counter destructive steps in arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation.
In a statement, Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow will consolidate international community around a constructive agenda to strengthen existing international legal system.
