Sh. Akram declared winner from NA 89 by Supreme Court in place of Ahmed Ludhianvi

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has nullified the decision of Election Tribunal and declared PML-N candidate Sh. Akram as winner from NA-89 in place of Ahmad Ludhianvi who was declared winner by election tribunal in 2014.
As per details, the verdict was announced by Justice Faiz Essa. It is also worthy to mention here that PML-N canditade Sh. Akram was declared winner in 2013 general elections from NA-89 but his success was challenged by opponent candidate Ahmad Ludhianvi in election tribunal.
The election tribunal disqualified Sh. Akram and declared Ahmad Ludhianvi as winner. However, election tribunal decision was challenged by Sh. Akram in Supreme Court.
