12 girls school blown mysteriously in Diamer

*GILGIT - 12 girls schools were vandalised and set on fire by unidentified persons in different areas of Diamer on Thursday night.*
In Chillas, the Girls School Ronai and Girls School Takia were damaged in blasts, while two girls schools in the Hudur and Thor area of Chillas district were also set on fire.
The miscreants also set a school in Dariyal district on fire. Four girls school in Giyal Village, Tabor and Khanbari were also destroyed.
Three schools in different areas of Tangir district were also targeted.
Some of the targeted schools were under construction while others were functional.
Following the incidents, the district administration of Diamer held an emergency meeting in which it was decided that foolproof security will be provided to all schools in the districts and strict action will be taken against the miscreants.
