QUETTA – Security Forces have been moved to assist civil administration inrescue and relief operations in flood affected areas of Balochistan.
According to ISPR, Army aviation helicopters are busy in rescuing strandedpeople to safer places.
Relief camps have been established in Makran, Lasbela and snow coveredareas of Northern Balochistan.
Approximately 1500 families have been rescued in Dureji area of Lasbela andQillah Abdulla areas and rations have been provided to 3500 families inrain affected areas.
Pakistan army doctors and paramedics providing first aid medical assistanceand medicines.
Stranded vehicles at Khojak pass, Lak pass and Shela Bagh areas have beenrescued by security forces.
