ISLAMABAD: PTI government all set to give deadly blow to the JUI - F Chief Fazalur Rahman.
The federal government has decided to approach the court over a recent statement by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak said on Saturday.
Khattak, who is in charge of the government committee for negotiations with the opposition's Azadi March protesters, was addressing media in Islamabad alongside senior leaders Asad Umar, Shafqat Mehmood and Firdous Ashiq Awan.
Khattak was referring to Fazl's statement about the arrest of Prime Minister Imran Khan from the PM House.
Pervez Khattak said that threatening words from the Azadi March leaders mean that they are not going to stick to their word given during the meeting prior to the rally.
Speaking to media, Khattak said that the in today's meeting, the core committee has decided to approach the court against the statement of Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman.
