SLAMABAD – Mass resignations, country’s lockdown and assault on red zone the next options of Azadi March participants, Media Report has revealed.

Rahbar Committee chairman Akram Durrani has said that the options of collective resignations and countrywide shutdown are under consideration.

Addressing a press conference after a meeting of the Rahbar Committee on Saturday, he said that the government has created hurdles, but their people are organized. “People are still coming on foot. The injured people are not being admitted to hospital,” he said.

Akram Durrani termed the news about marching towards D Chowk premature.

Rahbar Committee chairman said that there is no need to contact them if the government does not want to discuss the resignation. “We warn non-political forces not to try to benefit from the current situation,” he said.

Nayyar Bukhari said that they will discuss the future strategy and the decision made would be presented before the party leadership.

ANP leader Mian Iftikhar asked the government members to speak cautiously and not indulge meaningless criticism.
