ISLAMABAD - Salman Butt has hit out against PCB former Chief Najam Sethi.
He has blamed ex-Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi for being left out of the players draft list for Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Butt made these remarks while speaking to media after guiding his department team, WAPDA, to the final of the Quaid-e-Azam one-day cup on Thursday.
He lambasted former PCB Chairman Najam Sethi and blamed he was the reason the left-arm opening batsman was still out of the country’s lucrative T20 league.
“Several journalists and other people told me that Sethi had asked the PSL franchises to not pick me in the drafts for the previous edition,” Salman said adding that the news had hurt him the most and brought his morale down.
