Pakistan Stock Exchange registers yet another increase

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Stock Exchange was bullish on Friday.
The KSE-100 Index closed today at 42004.09 points as compared to 41716.10 points on the last working day with a positive change of 287.99 points.
The total turnover was 292,381,520 as compared to 245,116,230 on the last working day with Pakistan Elektron having the highest turnover of 28,655,000.
Total 377 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 253 recorded gains and 107 sustained losses whereas the share price of 17 companies remained unchanged.
Colgate Palmolive recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 116.99 rupees while Island Textile XD recorded maximum decrease that was 56.00 rupees.
