KARACHI – The media is buzzing with news that Pakistani sweetheart Mahira Khan has gotten engaged with her boyfriend Salim Karim in Turkey. Salim Karim is the CEO of a Pakistani startup called Simpaisa.
According to the news being published by Indian daily ‘India Today’ which states that Mahira Khan had got engaged to Salim Karim in Turkey this month in the presence of their close family and friends. The rumours of their engagement were further sparked by this latest picture of the couple.
In the picture, she is happily posing beside her alleged boyfriend. There’s another picture on her social media profile where she subtly hints at finding love again. Here is another picture with Salim.

Salim Karim had also commented on the *Humsafar* star’s post stating:
On the other hand, a source close to Mahira Khan aka *Zalimaa* girl has rubbished the rumours of the starlet’s engagement as published by online news portal ‘The Express Tribune’. The source stated that“It’s just a rumour. She was there for a friend’s wedding and that’s all,” revealed the insider. Mahira shared a picture from the wedding on her Instagram handle as well.
Mahira, who made her showbiz debut as a VJ for national TV in the early 2000s was previously married to Ali Askari. They tied the knot in 2007 and got divorced in 2015. Mahira’s son Azlaan was born in 2014.
