Japan wants to upgrade ties with Jordan

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has said that his country wants to upgrade ties with the kingdom of Jordan into a strategic partnership.
He expressed these views during his meeting with King Abdullah II of Jordan in Amman today (Tuesday).
He told the monarch that stability of Jordan is indispensable for regional security and Japan will provide all possible aid to ensure economic and social development of Amman.
King Abdullah said his country intends to develop trade and economic ties with Japan. APP/AFP
