Pentagon brushes off Russia's announcement of developing invincible missiles

WASHINGTON:The Pentagon has brushed off Russian President Vladimir Putin's announcement of developing invincible missiles saying that the United States is fully prepared for anything that might come its way.
Pentagon spokeswoman Dana White in a statement said we are not surprised by Russian President's announcement and the American people should rest assured that we are fully prepared and ready to meet anything.
Earlier, the Russian President in his state of the nation address had described several advances in missile technology, including a hypersonic weapon that can fly at many times fast than the speed of sound and evade existing missile defence systems.APP/AFP
