Light rain in parts of country turns weather cold

ISLAMABAD:Different cities of the country, including Lahore, received light rain in the wee hours of Friday which turned the weather cold and brought the mercury down.
Rain was also reported in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Multan, D.G.Khan, Sahiwal, Quetta, Sibi, Zohb, Sukheke, and Narowal, Private news channel reported.
It continued for whole Thursday night due to which the temperature has gone down.
Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted more rain across the country during the next 24 hours.
A large number of citizens thronged the parks, markets, restaurants and other recreational places to enjoy the pleasant weather.
Traffic flow was also slow and disrupted due to slippery roads.APP/AFP
