Pakistan makes key developments on 27 points FATF agenda

ISLAMABAD- On achieving FATF targets, Pakistan made great strides on 24 of 27 points. A detailed report will be sent to the FATF in the next few days.
According to Finance Ministry sources, a special team will be formed to auction the properties of individuals and organizations involved in money laundering.
The team will include officers from 5 key departments as well as private and foreign experts. Exports, imports and remittances of Pakistanis abroad will be monitored and cases will be set up if remittances are used in subversive activities.
Pakistan will send a detailed report on FATF targets to FATF in the next few days.
