KP police started awareness campaign against aerial firing on Chand Raat

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have started a special awareness campaign against aerial firing on Chand Raat in the province.
According to details, police have asked Ulema to play their role in discouraging the practice of aerial firing.
Similarly, police officers are holding meetings with the community elders and elected representatives to control the menace of aerial firing as it poses serious threat to human lives.
Police are also distributing pamphlets and brochures besides using social media to create awareness among public in this regard.
The police have warned the public that anyone involved in aerial firing will be dealt with iron hand.
