Terrorist bid foiled by security agencies near Multan Airport

MULTAN: (APP) Local police conducted an anti-terror mock exercise, in collaboration with Airport Security Force (ASF), Rescue-1122 and intelligence agencies, at the Multan airport.
Security forces teams, led by SP Cantt Saifullah Khatak, rushed to the Cantonment area, located near the airport runway, on a tip-off about the presence of terrorists. The forces 'killed' all terrorists in shortest period of time. The training programme was arranged on the instructions of CPO Muhammad Azhar Akram, said a statement issued on Saturday.
