Pakistan lodges strong protest against India

Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with India over the ceasefire violations by the Indian occupation forces along the Line of Control on Wednesday last.
According to Foreign Office spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, a senior Indian diplomat was summoned to foreign ministry to register the protest.
Due to indiscriminate and unprovoked firing by the Indian occupation forces in Kotkotera Sector of the Line of Control, a 34 year old Muhammad Sarfaraz, at Phalni Bazar, sustained serious injuries.
The Indian side was called upon to respect the 2003 Ceasefire Understanding, investigate this and other such incidents of deliberate ceasefire violations and maintain peace along the Line of Control and Working Boundary.
