Suicide car blast at Police Base in Kabul kills 20

At least 10 people died and 20 wounded in the deadly attack.
The wounded were transferred to hospital and the entire area was cordoned by security forces.
Reports suggest that a man blew himself up in the crowd and no car was used in the attack.
Officials are investigating the matter. None of the militant group has claimed the responsibility of attack yet.
