Punjab government mulls three options over Governor House Lahore

LAHORE – Punjab government is mulling three option of converting Governor House into a Museum, Art Gallery and and botanical garden.
The work on demolishing the boundary wall of Punjab Governor House in Lahore has started on Sunday.
The demolition started a day after Prime Minister Imran Khan directed to immediately demolish the wall of Punjab Governor House in Lahore.
Final decision to end Governor office from Governor House has not yet been taken.
Sources said that a committee proposed the prime minister to take several steps including making a museum, art gallery and botanical garden in the Governor House.
