Iran says its missile program is defensive and not in breach of UN resolutions.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said Iran’s missile program is defensive in natur and there is no Security Council resolution prohibiting the missile program and missile tests by Iran.
The state news agency IRNA reported, without confirming a U.S. allegation Tehran had carried out a new missile test.
