Balochistan: Road projects underway for better communications facilities in remote areas

In Balochistan, work on several road projects is underway to provide better communications facilities to the people of remote areas.

According to Chief Engineer of the Provincial Communications Department, the forty four kilometers Turbat-Pasni metaled road is being constructed at a cost of eight hundred eighty two million rupees.

He said another road from Khudabadan area to Nukker in Panjgur district will also be completed within few months at a cost seven hundred sixty five million rupees.

Besides, a ninety nine kilometers long road in Murgha Faqirzai area of Qilla Saifullah district will be completed at a cost of about 625 million rupees.

He said construction of blacktop road from Zehri to Khuzdar is also in progress at a cost of 612 million rupees.

Similarly, a forty kilometers lengthy road from Killi Polain to Killi Tora is under construction at a cost of 351 million rupees.
