25 Sweet Homes to be built across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has spent 731 million rupees on providing scholarships to deserving students, medical treatment to the deserving and providing equipment to the handicap in first 100 days of the incumbent government.
According to a PBM spokesman, scholarships amounting to 15,774,456 rupees were given to 542 deserving university students while financial assistance of 1,749,000 rupees was provided to 55 deserving families in last 100 days.
He said Baitul Mal provided treatment facilities to 7,622 patients suffering from cancer, thalassemia, hepatitis, kidney, heart and other fatal diseases.
Meanwhile, Baitul Mal plans to establish 25 more Pakistan Sweet Homes in different areas of the country.
Likewise, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal plans to allocate sufficient budget to provincial level instead of keeping in at central level.
