Peshawar High Court transfers senior Judicial officers

PESHAWAR: (APP) Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered postings and transfers of judicial officers in the public interest with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued by PHC here Thursday Muhammad Younis, District and Session Judge/OSD Peshawar High Court has been transferred and posted as District and Session Judge/Zilla Qazi Malakand.
Ikhtiar Khan, District & Sessions Judge/Zilla Qazi Malakand has been transferred and posted as Director Planning and Development, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar. Ashfaque Taj, District and Session Judge/Director, Planning and Development Peshawar High Court has been given new assignment as Member KP Service Tribunal Peshawar.
