Saudi King orders release of prisoners with non-criminal cases

Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz has ordered release of all prisoners with non-criminal cases in eastern region of the country.
During a visit to the region, he directed to set all Saudi prisoners whose debts do not exceed one million Saudi Riyals free from jails.
