Federal government assures that PIA will not be privatized: Opposition leader

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in National Assembly Khurshid Shah said that federal government has assured opposition that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will not be privatized.
While talking to media here at today (Saturday) in Panno Aqil, he pointed out that some new faces have entered in politics who do not know anything about politics.
Khurshid Shah added that these new politicians want to bring presidential system in Pakistan but they do not know that presidential system has miserably failed in Pakistan.
Khurshid Shah further stated that we stood with PIA employees when federal government decided to privatize national airline but now government has assured us that PIA will not be privatized.
Criticizing Punjab government he said that countries do not make progress with metro bus and orange line train projects while it is the better infrastructure which plays an important role in country’s progress.
