ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan will embark on a two-day officialvisit to Turkey tomorrow (Thursday).
He is visiting Turkey at the invitation of the Turkish President RecepTayyip Erdogan.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will meet the President of Turkey anddiscuss the entire spectrum of bilateral relations between the twocountries.
Views pertaining to regional and international situation will also beexchanged.
The Prime Minister will also address a business forum and hold severalmeetings with Turkish businessmen and potential investors during his stayat Ankara.
It is to be mentioned that Pakistan and Turkey enjoy historic andunparalleled ties based on a common religious and cultural legacy thatdates back to centuries.
The two countries have excellent political, economic, defense, cultural andpeople-to-people relations that continue to grow from strength to strengtheach passing year.
Prime Minister’s visit will further reinforce the historic ties between thegovernments and the people of the two brotherly countries.
The visit, moreover, will also help explore new avenues of cooperation andcollaboration between the two countries, particularly in the area ofeconomic, trade and commercial relations.
